The Company We are an Australian-based Executive Search and Recruitment Consulting firm specialising in the global resources and energy sectors. To support the delivery of high-calibre talent for executive, senior and technical leadership roles, we are currently seeking a Researcher / Talent Sourcer to join our team. We welcome applications from sourcing professionals with a background in international recruitment.
Key Responsibilities - Lead research and sourcing initiatives to support an established executive search function
- Develop and maintain targeted candidate shortlists for leadership roles in the resources and energy industries
- Track and monitor resources industry executive movements across ASX & Nth American listed environment.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of data within our CRM, including company, contact, and candidate records
- Build and organise discipline-specific folders to support efficient candidate and client management
- Provide administrative support to the company Director across recruitment-related tasks
Key Requirements - A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Prior experience working with an international recruitment or executive search firm
- Demonstrated experience sourcing for executive or senior leadership roles
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar) and Boolean search methods
- Familiarity with recruitment CRM systems (JobAdder experience is highly regarded)
- Goal-driven, self-motivated and results-oriented
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
