Ideal candidates will have:
- Proven success in MD/CEO roles within ASX-listed resource companies, ideally in early-stage exploration and discovery environments; or
- A strong background as an exploration executive who has progressively moved into corporate leadership, capital markets engagement, and strategic business development.
These roles typically require a deep understanding of the exploration sector, investor relations, capital raising, ASX compliance, and the ability to drive value through technical advancement and market positioning.
