We are seeking an experienced Exploration Manager to join our client, an ASX-listed critical minerals exploration company. Holding office location in Perth, our client is dedicated to the discovery and development of valuable critical mineral deposits in Western Australia. As the Exploration Manager, you will play a key role in leading exploration efforts, implementing exploration strategies, and driving discovery programs to unlock the full potential of company assets.
Responsibilities: - Develop and refine the exploration strategy for Western Australia-focused projects.
- Plan, execute, and manage exploration programs to identify and delineate mineralisation.
- Analyse and interpret exploration data, conduct geological assessments, and validate results.
- Build positive relationships with regulatory authorities, landowners, and local communities.
- Manage exploration budgets and secure necessary resources as required.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and communicate technical information effectively.
Requirements: - Bachelors Degree in Geoscience Discipline.
- Proven experience as an Exploration Manager, preferably within WA.
- Strong technical expertise in exploration techniques, including geophysics, geochemistry, and drilling.
- Proficiency in geological modelling software and exploration data analysis tools.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver exploration programs on time and within budget.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate exploration teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.
